Monument Signs for Healthcare Providers in Chicago

Monument Signs for Healthcare

Do your new clients have an easy time trying to find your building? Do they have trouble seeing the turn into your parking lot until the last moment? Are you lacking adequate signage to show visitors where your entrance is located? Illinois Bone & Joint Institute wanted to make it easy for patients to visit their building, so they contacted Vital Signs USA for monument signs for health clinics in Chicago.

What Is the Illinois Bone & Joint Institute?

With more than twenty locations in the Chicagoland area, the Illinois Bone & Joint Institute (IBJI) is one of the region’s top providers of orthopedic treatments. They treat all types of conditions from ankle sprains to rheumatoid arthritis. They help athletes by repairing bone breaks and muscle tears so they can compete again. They keep older adults active by replacing worn out hips and knees. And, they also have wellness programs that help prevent disease and injury.

When an organization that does so much to help local residents stay active and healthy came to us for monument signs for healthcare providers in Chicago, we were glad we could help out. They needed a way to make it easy for people to locate their Des Plaines location on Rand Road. We had just the solution.

What We Did for IBJI

Our first step was to meet with IBJI to get a look at where they wanted to install their sign and to get a good understanding of what they had in mind for their project. We learned that they were the main organization in a multi-tenant building. They wanted a versatile sign that could also list the names of other tenants as they moved in. We suggested a monument sign with easily updatable panels. Once they approved the design, we went to work fabricating the marker.

The marker is made primarily of durable sign foam, which we painted to match the colors of the building. The panels are made of PVC with cut-vinyl used for their logo and to spell out IBJI’s name. Steel poles are built into the monument sign and extend out of the bottom for easy installation. We just dug holes for the posts, inserted the poles, and poured concrete to hold the marker in place for many years to come. In the end, we had another satisfied customer!
