When you want to order a new office or lobby sign, there is no need to schedule a time for Vital Signs to come out and look at the space. We know what an inconvenience that is during fast-paced workdays, so our alternative is simple and quick. It’s as easy as taking a picture and measurements of the space, gathering your artwork and uploading the info to us!

1. Take a Picture of the Space

Just take a picture of the space straight on (not from an angle). You can even take a picture using your smartphone. Avoid taking an angled picture. An image that is angled won’t work. For example, below is an image of the same space, but from an angle. It’s difficult for us to create an accurate mock-up from pictures like this:

2. Take Measurements

Take one measurement in the picture (such as the height of a door or width of a window). For example, In the straight-on picture above, a good measurement to provide us is the width of the ceiling tiles and a measurement from the ceiling tiles to the floor.

3. Send Us Your Pics and Measurements!

Upload the picture and measurements along with your sign’s artwork to our Contact page, and we’ll get right on it. We use your image and measurements to create a scale drawing of the space. An example of artwork would be your logo and tagline or any other artwork you want to have in your sign.

4. We Send You a Proof!

Now our graphic designers go to work! Some of our customers in the past have been skeptical about ordering a lobby sign this way.
