Glen Ellyn will soon be home to the Apex. GSP Development recently broke ground on this 107-unit, multi-family project. The first floor will feature 9,000 square feet of prime retail spaces. As is frequently the case with upscale developments, the client wanted to feature an architect’s drawing. They entrusted Vital Signs USA to put together a max metal fence banner in Glen Ellyn, IL.
Max Metal is an Ideal Banner Substrate
GSP Development’s management team knows that advertising a new development from the moment of ground-breaking is the best way to fill vacancies and recoup building costs. Our technicians took a panel of max metal that we imprinted with a full-color rendition of the architect’s drawing. In addition, we added lettering and numerals that identify the client’s contact information. It allows interested would-be tenants to get in contact and reserve their spaces.
What Is Max Metal?
Our clients do not typically request max metal when buying fence banners. However, the product is an aluminum composite that is ideally suited for direct imprinting. Our flatbed printer is set up to work with this material.
At the center of the panels is a polyethylene core. This construction results in banners that are lightweight while being more durable than other composite boards. Besides imprinting them, we can also use the panels for cutting or painting. And, because of the material’s superior durability, it does fantastic in extreme temperatures.
What are Other Banner Choices?
Of course, Vital Signs USA also designs, produces, and installs traditional banners. A client favorite is vinyl, which we can imprint with your information. These banners are good choices for incoming companies that want to advertise their grand opening celebrations, retailers hosting seasonal specials or sales, and service providers that do business in strip malls and other shopping centers.
Because vinyl is durable, our clients like to store the banners when they no longer need them. In the following year, they can once again use them to advertise their specials.
Another banner option is mesh. We recommend using this material when installing long-term banners to fences and spanned across streets. The material lets the wind pass through, which prevents wear and tear. As a result, there is no need to cut slits into the banners. Clients might ask us to fabricate mesh banners for athletic field fences and church picnics.
